Because our books are printed to order and eBooks are delivered instantly, we do not offer returns, refunds, or swaps. Please ensure you have selected the correct version (Digital or Print) before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or has a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you.

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Include a photo of the issue so we can arrange a reprint.
