Shipping & Delivery Policy

Cancellations & Address Changes

Paperbacks go to print within a few hours of your order. If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email me as soon as you can and I'll do my best to catch it.

Physical Products (Paperback Books)

  • Printing: Your paperback is printed after you order. Orders to the UK, the EU and Canada are printed in the UK, and orders to the US are printed in the US. For Australia, Volume 1 is printed in Australia and the other books are printed in the UK.

  • Shipping Method: Every paperback ships with tracking. When your book ships, I email you the tracking link.

  • Delivery Time: The estimate you see at checkout covers printing and delivery. In business days it is 5 to 10 for the UK, 5 to 12 for the US, 8 to 16 for Australia, 9 to 15 for Canada and 9 to 14 for the EU. Other countries show their own estimate at checkout. These are estimates, because the post sometimes runs slow.

Digital Products (E-books)

  • Instant Delivery: Your digital files are delivered immediately after checkout.

  • Email Link: You will receive an automated email with a download link as soon as your payment is confirmed.

  • No Shipping Fees: There are no shipping costs or wait times for digital downloads.

Combined Orders

  • If you buy both a paperback and a digital book, you will get the digital version instantly, while the paperback will arrive separately by mail.
